A Senior HR
Manager with considerable experience in all aspects of up-to-date
employment law and employment relations, including formulation and
implementation of effective discipline, grievance and capability, equal
opportunities and disability policies.
Delivering
pro-active sickness absence policy and procedure to enable absence to be
monitored and managed effectively.
In addition,
expertise in workplace health and safety, risk assessment and fire
precautions requirements covering all up-to-date statutory requirements,
including appropriate written policies and procedures.
Possessing very relevant
qualifications with an MA in Law and Employment Relations (University of
Leicester) as well as being FIPD qualified.
