Services we offer

Guardian Angels Associates undertake either:

	short-term projects (a number of days spread over a period)
	interim management assignments where they may be contracted to work for a set number of days per week over an extended period....as if they were an employee on your payroll.

In either case, you should prepare an outline brief of what you are wanting to achieve, ideally including:

Your view of what a successful outcome to the assignment will be
What particular areas of expertise you see as being critical to success of the project
Who 'owns' the project
What 'input' you need from an Associate: particularly time frames and deadlines.

Then call us to discuss your needs. We will provide you with details and CVs of Associates who are capable of delivering your requirements. If we haven't anyone to meet your needs, we won't waste your time further. Our reputation depends on helping you to find the right talent.
